I received your cards this year about random acts of kindness to be performed in Heller's name. I just wanted to let you know what we did; I have 2 friends who are expecting in January and one who had 2 baby girls premature this past summer... she also has a 2 year old daughter... and on Sunday I made dinners for them all and delivered them with the cards on Monday.
I told them about Heller and your family. They too plan on participating next year... I'll email addresses to send them cards next year.... I feel like I helped honor Heller's memory and to make this wonderful practice grow and I wanted to let you know how honored I am to keep his memory alive.

Heller's kindnesses inspired many on December 22nd. His family could not have asked for a more beautiful day filled with the joy of giving. We are so delighted with the response from the many many people who shared their kindnesses in Heller's memory.
